SIRAT company guarantees to promptly dispatch healthy, technically proficient and experienced professional technicians with more than 3 years of work experience to the site in accordance with the contract provisions and the buyer's requirements, to provide free technical guidance and related services for the installation, commissioning, trial operation, acceptance and operation of the equipment, as well as technical training for the owner's personnel on operation and maintenance at the construction site, and to be responsible for the quality of equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance and operation.

3. SIRAT company provides lifelong free services such as debugging equipment and troubleshooting for users, and is responsible for replacing parts or complete machines that do not meet contract requirements.

4. If any product provided by SIRAT company malfunctions, we guarantee to provide a satisfactory response within 12 hours after receiving notification from the user. If the problem needs to be solved on site, we guarantee to arrive at the site for repair within 24 hours. In special circumstances, we guarantee to arrive at the site for repair within 12 hours.

5. The products provided by SIRAT company are guaranteed to be in good operating condition and satisfactory performance for more than 30 years under correct installation, normal operation and maintenance conditions. If any quality problems occur due to manufacturing, process or material defects within the guaranteed time, our company shall bear the quality responsibility for free replacement of defective parts or complete machines and repair costs.

6. After the warranty period, if the bidding party requires paid services or technical services, the winning bidder shall arrive at the site for services within 24 hours after receiving the notice.

7. SIRAT company will provide long-term information feedback and quality tracking for all our products, implement lifelong service, and provide vulnerable parts and spare parts on a long-term basis.
