SIRAT Product Quality Assurance Measures
6 systems ensure the achievement of final quality objectives
All valves of SIRAT are designed in accordance with the requirements of ASME B16.34, and can also be designed according to ASME standards and user specific requirements.
SIRAT's improvement team at various points in the manufacturing process ensures quality at the source, process control, higher process technology, and operator rights.
Verify reliability through functional qualification testing.
All valves must undergo these tests to determine their reliability and service life.
SIRAT Company operates in accordance with the written regulations in the quality control manual at every stage from raw material procurement to production, welding, final assembly, inspection, and packaging. The ASME Section III manual is applicable to valve production, while the ISO 9001 quality control manual is applicable to the production of all other products
SIRAT's factory has obtained ISO 9001 certification, Factory 1 and Factory 2 have ASME "N" mark authorization, and Factory 3 has an appraisal certificate.
Each order must be reviewed by the engineering and quality control departments, and all special user requirements are summarized in the QCI (Quality Control Instruction) issued for each project. The quality control department also operates calibration and instrument control systems, trains and certifies skilled welders and NDT inspectors.
SIRAT's quality control department is fully responsible for quality management, from receiving materials to manufacturing processes, welding, non-destructive testing, final assembly, pressure testing, cleaning, painting, and packaging.
If necessary, a complete permanent record of quality objectives will be collected and sent to users in the form of a 'data package'.
SIRAT conducts pressure testing on each valve in accordance with ASME B 16.34, ASME Code, or specific user requirements.
In all factories, testing equipment is integrated into production control/inventory management software.
